Welcome to the Greenov project website

Greenov - Green Renovation Cluster - is a European cooperation project initiated in January 2010 for a duration of 5 years. It gathers 8 partners from North West Europe and is led by the New Town of Marne-la-Vallée Val Maubuée in France.
Greenov aims at developing the economic sector of sustainable renovation mainly by stimulating the innovation capacity of SMEs working in this field. The project will contribute to the transition to low-carbon cities and sustainable economy and will improve the knowledge and expertise on sustainable renovation of existing buildings.
This will be done through the setting-up of a specific transnational cluster in the field of sustainable renovation in existing buildings and urban infrastructures, which will pool partners’ knowledge and resources in order to be more efficient. 4 demonstration exemplary investments are planned by public authorities with the objective to stimulate the market stakeholders and increase the awareness of the inhabitants. The main result of the cluster will be the creation of a Sustainable renovation supply chain.
